The Téa Hodzic Trio's debut release Stay Awhile has been recorded on the Taith label at Stewdio Felin Fach and is now available to buy through the Taith Records shop. About Téa: Since living in the UK Téa has appeared on both television and radio and with Mirella sang on the soundtrack for Channel 4's award winning series, "Bloody Bosnia". She also performed at international event "Acting for Sarajevo" at St James' Church Piccadilly, alongside artists such as Vanessa Redgrave, Juliet Stevenson, Sir Ian McKellen, David Threlfall and others. Téa has been involved in creating and performing music for "When Lightening Breaks" at London's Southwark Playhouse. She also did series of compositional and performance workshops such as critically acclaimed Bath Mozartfest's Community Opera "The Mozart Bug", and most recently workshop for BBC3 "World on Your Street" with Eliza Carthy. In 1995 Téa and Mirella joined Szapora, then known as The Budapest Cafe Orchestra. In 2000 they performed at the Gala Concert marking the 50th anniversary of United Nation High Commission for Refugees in Geneva, alongside artists such as Youssou N'Dour, Arja Sainonmaa and Geoffrey Oryema. In 2002 Téa performed at the WOMAD festival in Reading with Vanja Krawczyk and Dylan Fowler and scooped excellent critics in The Times by Clive Davis, "...Her voice haunted me for the rest of the day...." In October 2002 she appeared as a guest with Dylan at 'The Late Junction," hosted by Fiona Talkington. The program has won Gold Sony Award for 2003. In March 2003 Téa and Mirella performed at the international "Stop The War" concert, held in St.Pauls Church in London, alongside artists such as Martin Carthy.
