Téa Hodzic Trio Stay Awhile, has made Songlines TOP OF THE WORLD selection and a track will be featured on the cover disc for issue 51 (April / May). Look out for a review in the Evening Standard this weekend.

The Ian McMillan Orchestra had a very successful tour in Feb 08, including visits to The Barbican and the Sage. They have a number of dates over the summer, and a tour in Autumn '08

Taith - 'Journey'

Taith Records is a new independent Record Label set up by musician, Dylan Fowler, which aims to profide direct access for people interested in non-mainstream music which has at its core, the idea of a 'journey'(taith in welsh). Dylan is known as a musician whose career defines the idea that there should be no barriers in music.So much of modern day marketing is based on categories/styles etc. which so often is directly at odds with the way many thinking musicians practice their art.

Taith Records is run by a musician for musicians - there are no middle men. The idea is to provide direct sales via the website and at present any money from sales goes back into the Taith 'pot' in order to produce more projects. This way, musicians produce what they feel passionate about and not what they are told to do - this freedom is the life-blood of creative people.!
